The Sachem Tales: Initiation Dream

The wolf sat there staring at him for a few seconds before it abruptly sprung to its feet going into a run directly aimed at where Colin stood. Colin felt no fear, but still dug in his heels. Galloping now, the wolf’s paws pounded the dusty roadway as it came closer and closer. Then, within seven feet of Colin, the canine took to the air heading right towards Colin’s chest. He braced himself for the impact, staring into the wolf’s amazingly light green eyes that bore into his own. But there wasn’t any impact; instead, the wolf was absorbed into Colin as if swallowed by the chest itself with only a vague jolt to his body.
